Español At the Fifth Meeting of ACAP's Scientific Committee held in Argentina in 2010 an information paper (AC5 Inf 5) submitted by the Secretariat gave a brief review of the conservation status of shearwaters of the genera Calonectris and Puffinus. The paper suggested that nine species (out of a total of 22) might be considered for listing within the Agreement.
To aid in any further consideration of listing shearwaters within the Agreement, ACAP Latest News will from time to time list recent scientific publications on the following species:
